Our company specializes in sample delivery for exhibitions, for showrooms, as well as various goods for fashion shows, competitions, conferences, cultural events.

Common misunderstanding is that the only way to deliver samples to exhibitions is by way of temporary importation in the Russian Federation via exhibition customs point. However, there is an alternative variant, i.e. temporary importation/export under A.T.A. Carnet International document that can be formalized for you by our company.

• You don't have to compile detailed specifications in Russian. Our company will prepare that for you.
• Your standard European invoice or a packing list in PDF and/or Excel format is enough for us.
• You don't have to specially pack the goods. You may send the goods to our warehouses on hangers or in boxes, as usual.
• If necessary, our company can pick up the goods from your warehouses.
• You can send the goods in advance, before exhibition. Its storage will be free for you.
• You can keep the goods after exhibition for up to 6 months or 1 year if necessary.
• The goods will be shipped to exhibition or showroom at any day and time specified by you.
• Then the goods will be similarly picked up and sent back.
